My approach is very different from what is popular in the mainstream media. 

I take a holistic, functional, and preventative approach to help you get to the root cause of what may be hindering optimal performance, body composition, and overall wellness.

I have been obsessed, for over thirteen years, with the study and implementation of how nutrition, supplementation, movement, and lifestyle factors effect our overall wellness, body composition, and optimal performance.

Here are a few key points to my philosophy and approach:


  • Counting calories is not the primary answer to weight loss.  If it was a simple math equation, weight loss would be easy!

  • Health is not the absence of disease! Just because you went to your primary care doctor (or even a specialist) and did some basic lab work, this does not mean that you are healthy, and it certainly does not mean that you are optimal.

  • Traditional medicine does not measure optimal wellness. Instead, it is more reactive in nature and is primarily focused on illness and disease. 

  • If you have a disease, traditional medicine can be amazing, however if you want to achieve optimal wellness, you must look elsewhere. 

  • True wellness is proactive and preventative and will put you in an optimal state that is far superior to your peers. 

  • There is no such thing as a "healthy diet". There is no mutually agreed upon definition and most well meaning health professionals are simply following the wrong information, repeating a false narrative, and doing the wrong things.

  • Many people think that they eat pretty well, but in reality there are significant adjustments that can be made to drastically improve results. 

  • Optimizing hormones, improving gut health, and lowering inflammation are the secrets to optimal wellness and longevity.

  • All calories are not created equally. "Calories in and calories out" is a myth and leading people down the wrong path.

  • Everything in moderation is horrible advice!  There are certain foods and ingredients that could be horrible for you and absolutely destroying your results even if you are eating them in moderation. 

Most people are interested in hiring a personal trainer or purchasing a meal plan.  These are great steps in the right direction, however both of these options are a short term solution to a long term problem.  This is not what I do! 

I will put together a very detailed and comprehensive plan for you to completely change your lifestyle. FOREVER!
